About the Role

Our client, a reputable Single Family Office in Jersey, is seeking a dedicated prifessional to join their close-knit team of less than 10 people. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, including the Head of Risk and Compliance and the Company Secretary. The successful candidate will contribute to both client and compliance administration, playing a pivotal role in supporting the trusts and companies owned by this Family Office.

This position is ideal for someone either on their way up their in compliance career or an experienced professional who’s looking for something part time / with flexible hours who thrives in a small, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compliance monitoring and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with drafting and updating policies, procedures, and compliance reports.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and handle requests for information.
  • Support various projects and ensure meticulous record-keeping, including scanning and filing.
  • Manage the administration of companies, trusts, and funds.
  • Maintain client administration systems and statutory registers.
  • Complete client take-on documentation and assist with periodic reviews.
  • Set up bank and investment accounts.
  • Assist with external client due diligence and audit documentation requests.
