Our Story
OFC Partners came to life in 2016 with the vision of being the recruitment partner of choice in the Offshore Financial Services market. We are delighted to have (at time of writing!) placed over 200 individuals across Funds, Private Wealth, Family Office, in-house Funds, Corporate Services, Accounting, Compliance and more. Our track record and reputation in the market leads us to exclusive career opportunities which are often discreet and unadvertised, whilst also seeing “off-market” candidates place their trust in us to confidentially seek out opportunities.

Founder
With increasing regulation, corporate consolidation, more competition and growing client demands; the necessity to attract top talent into the Offshore Financial Services market has never been more vital. OFC Partners was launched to collaborate with Financial Institutions to bring them the best available talent whilst coaching professionals to develop their career.
On the back of thorough research into the Offshore Financial Services market, OFC Partners was founded to address the need for a specialised Boutique Recruitment Consultancy bridging the gap between Executive Search and traditional contingency recruiters.
OFC Partners was founded by Doug Newman who is an experienced recruitment professional responsible for placing over 300 permanent and contract employees across London, Jersey, Guernsey and Luxembourg.
Since founding OFC Partners, Doug’s reputation in local and international offshore financial centres has gone from strength to strength, regularly receiving condeintial exclusive mandates from leading Family Offices, Private Equity houses and Hedge Funds – alongside our core business of Service Providers. He is also proud to act as a trusted confidant and advisor to those who are developing their careers.
