Senior Manager / Associate Director / No2 to Head of Fund Accounting – Funds – Jersey – High growth
We are delighted to be representing a world leading fund services business that’s Jersey business is growing at an exceptional rate. Due to this increasing growth, they are looking for an ambitious, talented and proactive Senior Manager / Associate Director to join them in leading their highest growth team from a Fund Accounting perspective, made up of a portfolio mid-sized PE clients.
This book of business is growing faster than any other team in Jersey and as such, they are looking for a consummate leader to take charge of this high growth area and form part of the wider Jersey management team.
This is a truly unique position will not only see you leading your exceptional team but working alongside the Head of Fund Accounting and wider Senior Management to ensure the business is achieving it’s goals.
Your team will be responsible for all accounting services including but not limited to:
- Delivery of Financial Statements, specialised investor and other reporting of varying complexity.
- Optimising the use of their technology platform to ensure best practice and efficiency from day 1.
- Alongside Admin-focussed SM/AD/Directors; you will manage and enhance client relationships.
- You will be passionate about motivating and leading a team of accounting professionals and not be afraid to get into the detail yourself.
- You will collaborate with other teams of the business to provide revenue growth, governance, planning and continuous improvement.
As a senior member of the business you will be encouraged to increase revenue, act as a senior lead on clients, look for continuous improvement in processes and help with operational management.
The successful candidate will be an ambitious qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/ACA/ICAS etc) with a strong knowledge of fund structures, you will have well-rounded management skills and you’ll be passionate about joining an entrepreneurial business.
