Our client, an independent boutique corporate services provider on a strong growth trajectory, is seeking a dedicated Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager to join their Jersey team. Key Responsibilities
Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Support the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporate entities including companies, trusts, and partnerships.
- Manage compliance with Jersey’s regulatory framework, including AML/KYC requirements and the preparation of statutory returns.
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and resolutions, and maintain corporate records and registers.
Client Portfolio Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients, addressing inquiries and delivering exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met efficiently.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and manage day-to-day operations, including financial KPI monitoring and billing support.
Leadership & Development
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering their development and performance.
- Contribute to team training on corporate compliance practices, regulatory updates, and best practices.
- Actively participate in improving processes, systems, and overall efficiency within the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Professional: A background in corporate administration within fiduciary or financial services is essential.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, compliance, and regulatory requirements in Jersey.
- Leadership Skills: Experience mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Detail-Oriented: Organizational prowess with attention to accuracy and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with corporate administration systems (e.g., QCORE, NavOne) and MS Office Suite.
