Our client, a forward-thinking private investment firm with a dynamic portfolio spanning across multiple industries, is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager / Compliance Manager to join their Jersey office. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to play a key role in the firm’s compliance and risk function, combining elements of both client and service provider work.
What will you be doing?
- Support the Head of Compliance in maintaining regulatory risk management processes for the firm’s diverse business activities, including Fund Services and Trust Company businesses.
- Play an active role in managing compliance projects, particularly regulatory change, and advise senior stakeholders on the implications.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance, AML, and CDD matters, ensuring policies and procedures are up-to-date and adhered to.
- Conduct periodic reviews, compliance monitoring, and entity monitoring for FATCA, CRS, and other industry regulations.
- Contribute to strategic discussions with the senior management team, particularly in advisory and report-writing functions.
- Assist in preparing reports for the Audit and Risk committees, as well as working closely with external experts on regulatory developments.
