Having managed the assets of a Jersey Family Office, the business secured it’s TC&B licence and is now working on behalf of Joint Venture / Third Party Real Estate structures.
As this is a growing business with a growing client list the remit is incredibly varied so the best way to understand the opportunity is to meet the team. Broadly speaking; you will manage & administer Prime Real Estate Assets / Corporate Structures. You will work alongside a professional, experienced and passionate team of professionals to deliver administration services of the highest quality for exciting Real Estate / Corporate Structures.
We are looking for pragmatic, forward thinking, entrepreneurial STEP/ACCA/ICSA (studying towards or qualified) Corporate / Real Estate / Funds industry professionals who want to be inspired by senior management, progress their career and work alongside an excellent team. You will have a sound understanding of Real Estate / Corporate / Funds Administration gained from working with in the Jersey market and be passionate about service excellence.
*** We expect that the right candidate will have c. 1-4 years experience and salary is dependent on experience but will be competitive ***
