Our client is the Single Family Office of a hedge fund Principal, is seeking a Private Wealth Analyst to join their Jersey-based team. This role supports the operations of a significant single-family office portfolio alongside internal investment structures linked to senior investment professionals.
The Opportunity:
This is not a traditional operations role.
You will join a small, high-calibre team responsible for overseeing the movement, allocation, and reporting of capital across a complex and high-value investment ecosystem.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, control, and continuous improvement across portfolio operations.
The Role:
You will take ownership across a broad operational and analytical remit, including:
• Managing and optimising portfolio data, including transaction capture and allocation across multiple investment portfolios
• Preparing investor reporting and delivering insightful MI and analysis
• Supporting data analysis across complex corporate structures
• Ensuring consistency across all portfolio assets to ensure complete accuracy
• Overseeing treasury activity, ensuring efficient cash management and funding of transactions
• Liaising with brokers to support execution of liquid market transactions
• Acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders globally on portfolio-related queries
Alongside this, you will be expected to:
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes
• Improve how data is captured, analysed, and reported
• Bring a more intelligent, data-driven approach to portfolio operations
What Our Client Is Looking For:
This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to step beyond process-driven work into a more dynamic, high-impact environment.
Core experience:
• 2–3 years within fund administration, operations, treasury, fund administration or portfolio support
• Strong exposure to portfolio data, allocations, or reconciliations
• Confidence working with large, complex datasets
