£28,000 – £60,000 (depending on level!)

Our client are a leader in the Jersey fiduciary services market who have developed a strong name for themselves through their dedication to high quality client service and their track record of progressing staff through the ranks. With an excellent pipeline of new business for 2017, they are actively looking to grow the team from Trust Officer to Manager grade within their Private Clients team.

Whether coming in at the Trust Officer, Senior Trust Officer, Assistant Manager or Manager grade you will have regular client interaction, be involved in key financial transactions across various different asset classes and work as a team to manage all areas of the client’s needs. If you are joining at the TO/STO levels then you will have full support in completing professional qualifications… whilst if you’re joining at Assistant Manager/ Manager level; you’ll have the opportunity to lead a team and work towards developing other areas of your technical skill-set!

At the Trust Officer / Senior Trust Officer level, successful candidates will need to have a good understanding of, and c. 18 months – 5 years experience, within Private Client Trust Management gained from working in any kind of relevant organisation. You will be studying towards a professional qualification recognised by the JFSC such as STEP / ICSA / ACCA or equivalent.

At the AM / Manager level you will have 5-6 years+ experience and have gained significant knowledge of the Private Client Trust industry, hold or be very near completion of ICSA/STEP/ACCA etc and have, at least, mentored / supervised a small team.
