Our client, a dynamic, privately owned investment business based in Jersey, is looking to hire a capable, intelligent, and highly organised Personal / Executive Assistant to support the Principals in both professional and personal capacities. You’ll be working in tandem with a talented existing EA who’s also based in Jersey and closely alongside the household manager, ensuring every element of the principals’ lives runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Role

This is a varied and rewarding Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant position spanning business and private life, with a strong emphasis on discretion, adaptability, and remaining calm under pressure. Responsibilities include:

Personal Support:

  • Coordinating complex international travel, with the help of external concierge partners
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the Jersey household; liaising with service providers, trades, and the house manager to oversee maintenance and logistics
  • Arranging restaurant bookings, theatre tickets, and children’s activities when the family is travelling abroad (USA, London, Jersey elsewhere.)
  • Booking personal appointments and managing household admin including payments and invoices

Business Support for the existing EA in the event of holiday cover / absences:

  • Scheduling with external research providers and ensuring access to market intelligence is uninterrupted
  • Monitoring research feeds, flagging priority content, and coordinating follow-ups
  • Booking and preparing for investor or partner meetings, including travel and venue research
  • Liaising with global contacts and managing email comms on behalf of the founders
  • Tracking expenses, updating internal records, and supporting with ad hoc projects as needed

 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a business support, EA, or operational role
  • Ultra-organised with an unflappable, proactive mindset and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable switching between personal and business priorities at fast pace
  • A positive, solutions-driven attitude and willingness to take ownership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent across Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems quickly
