Our client is a growing, Quant hedge fund based in Jersey, seeking an Operations Analyst to support both Trading Operations and Finance. This is a hands-on role offering close exposure to the full lifecycle of trades, fund oversight and control frameworks.
Working alongside experienced operators, this role provides an excellent platform for someone early in their career who wants to build deep operational expertise within a sophisticated trading environment.
What the role will involve
• Monitoring daily trade flows across futures, FX, swaps and listed derivatives
• Performing trade capture, reconciliation and break resolution with brokers and clearing firms
• Supporting daily P&L validation and independent performance checks
• Monitoring margin utilisation, collateral balances and cash movements
• Assisting with position, exposure and risk reporting
• Supporting NAV reviews and fund administrator oversight
• Assisting with invoice processing, expense reconciliation and audit support
• Contributing to control frameworks, ISO documentation, and operational risk processes
Who this role will suit
This role is well suited to someone with experience in fund administration, audit, trade support, investment operations or a newly qualified accountant looking to move closer to the engine room of a hedge fund.
