The Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations at their Jersey office. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing complex tasks, improving processes, and supporting a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Coordinate daily office activities and act as the go-to person for all administrative needs.
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Facilitate smooth transitions for new joiners and leavers, including workspace setup and resource allocation.
  • Visiting Staff Support: Arrange resources for visiting team members, such as workstations, access, and schedules.
  • Travel Coordination: Collaborate with the administrative team to support travel arrangements.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure smooth functionality of office equipment, manage supply procurement, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage service providers and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality support for facilities and operational needs.

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with office systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Experience developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and familiarity with general office equipment and troubleshooting.
