About the Business

My client is a growing boutique trust and corporate services provider in Jersey, supported by an offshore office. Leveraging this offshore team for administrative and accounting support, they deliver top-tier service while maintaining a collaborative, people-focused approach.

The Role

As a Senior Manager, you will:

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of corporate and private clients, serving as a key point of contact.
  • Act as a signatory in respect of transactions and payments
  • Attend board meetings and ensure minutes, resolutions, and corporate actions are accurately documented.
  • Delegate routine tasks to the offshore office while maintaining accountability for deliverables.
  • Liaise with third parties such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and investment managers as required;
  • Assist with on-boarding of clients and investors from an AML/KYC perspective; and
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support the strategic development of the team such as assisting with new business proposals;
  • Contribute to business development and onboarding new clients, focusing on growing the private client segment.

 

Client Base Highlights

  • – **Corporate (80%)**: Holding companies for major conglomerates, including listed natural resource companies.
  • – **Private Clients (20%)**: Investment holding companies for local high-net-worth individuals.
  • – Hands-on involvement in client decision-making, compliance oversight, and strategic planning.

 

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • – **Experience**: A proven track record in Private Client or Corporate TCB work at top level Manager or Senior Manager level.
  • – **Leadership Skills**: Ability to manage workloads, delegate effectively, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • – **Attitude**: A collaborative, hands-on personality, happy to tackle a variety of tasks with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • – **Flexibility**: Open to both full-time and part-time arrangements (minimum 25 hours per week),
