Our client, a rapidly growing leader in the tech space, is looking for a driven M&A Analyst to join their team in Jersey. You will play an integral role in driving strategic growth by identifying and evaluating acquisition targets, building financial models, and ensuring seamless execution of key transactions.  The Role

As the M&A Analyst, you will manage the full cycle of M&A activities, supporting the identification, analysis, and negotiation of acquisition opportunities. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying promising acquisition targets by conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Supporting due diligence processes by ensuring in-depth evaluations of financial performance, operational efficiencies, and market positioning.
  • Building robust financial models to assess potential investments and provide key insights that drive decision-making.
  • Leading negotiations and managing the acquisition process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing concise, impactful reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing acquisition opportunities and strategic recommendations.
  • Overseeing the management and tracking of the M&A pipeline, keeping up with market trends, and identifying new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

This role will be ideal for an analytical and proactive individual with the following:

  • A strong financial foundation with ACA / ACCA most likely gained in Audit or Corporate Finance
  • Tenacity and determination, with a sharp focus on achieving goals and driving business growth.
  • Collaborative skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner to senior management.
