In-House Private Equity – Fund Operations (Fund Administrator background 1-4 years experience)

OFC Partners are representing an investment group with a well established Jersey presence who are looking to strengthen their team with a new hire. This new role is working under an exceptional leader who’s skill-set spans accounting, ops and administration – allowing you to learn and develop as a professional.
Your role will include but will not be limited to:
- Performance of internal duties on behalf of the Group’s fund management companies, overseeing the operational responsibilities of various funds and their respective regulatory & governance tasks.
- Assisting with oversight and control of the various Third-Party Administrators that operate as Fund Administrator & Accountants
- Assistance in the production & review of internal management reporting
- Administration of portfolio entities in accordance with group policies and procedures
- Maintenance and input of data into various in-house electronic systems for Management reporting purposes.
- Support and oversight of internal client entity reviews and assistance in maintenance of the Group’s document management system.
- Working with internal Group functions such as Finance, Company Secretarial, Internal Audit and Compliance to ensure regulatory & governance requirements are adhered to.
You will have 1-4 years experience in Fund Administration and be part way through professional Governance Qualifications (ICSA), have good attention to detail, the willingness to learn and develop within an in-house environment and the desire to complete your qualification.
