Do you enjoy solving complex problems and bringing order to chaos?
Would you thrive working directly with successful entrepreneurs and helping coordinate their personal, financial and business affairs?
Are you looking for a role where no two days are the same and where your impact can genuinely be felt?
Our client is the private office of several highly successful business owners and investors who are seeking a capable, commercially minded and highly organised individual to help coordinate an increasingly sophisticated ecosystem of structures, investments, advisers and personal affairs.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad and evolving role that sits at the centre of a growing private office environment. The successful candidate will work closely with principals and senior stakeholders, helping bring structure, organisation and momentum to a wide range of projects and priorities.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional trust administration role.
It is not a pure company secretarial position.
It is not a CFO or COO opportunity.
Instead, it sits between a family office, chief of staff and private office function, requiring somebody who is equally comfortable coordinating advisers, managing projects, solving problems and helping successful individuals navigate increasingly complex personal and financial affairs.
The environment is entrepreneurial, fast-moving and highly varied. One day could involve coordinating a cross-border tax matter, another helping progress a property acquisition, restructuring a family holding arrangement or ensuring multiple advisers remain aligned on a significant project.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a central coordination point between principals and their advisers
- Supporting the management of trusts, holding companies and investment structures
- Coordinating estate planning, succession planning and wealth structuring projects
- Managing relationships with lawyers, accountants, fiduciaries, bankers, regulatory and tax advisers
- Monitoring key deadlines, actions and ongoing projects
- Supporting investment, property and financing matters
- Assisting with banking, KYC and documentation requirements
- Helping organise increasingly complex personal and financial affairs
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, organisation and efficiency
- Providing support across a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives
About You
We are open to individuals from a range of backgrounds including family office, private wealth, fiduciary, trust, tax, legal, accounting or investment environments.
What matters most is your ability to organise complexity and build trust.
You will likely bring:
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Sound judgement and commercial awareness
- High levels of professionalism and discretion
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with senior individuals
- An interest in wealth planning, investments and complex structures
- A willingness to take ownership and see things through to completion
Professional qualifications such as STEP, ACCA, ACA, CFA, CGI, legal qualifications or similar would be advantageous.
A key note is that we’re not looking for a seasoned Family Office FD or Head of … this is more likely a Senior Manager / Associate Director level individual who’s looking to take an entrepreneurial step.
Why Consider It?
Opportunities like this rarely come to market.
The successful individual will gain exposure to a fascinating mix of investments, structures, advisers, businesses and strategic projects, whilst working alongside accomplished entrepreneurs who are continuing to build and expand their activities.
For somebody who enjoys variety, responsibility and the opportunity to create genuine value, this role offers exceptional long-term potential.
