In this is the unique opportunity you will be a Senior Manager and one of the most senior members of the Jersey office responsible for the structuring of Private Equity investment deals from inception to exit.

This business outsources many transactional tasks to a Third Party Fund Services administrator and, along with other members of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing their output.

The Jersey team is responsible for core “value add” areas within Fund Administration/Accountancy; throughout the deal process and acts as a core “middle office” function between the Investment Directors and the back office. The Jersey team’s output will span across accountancy, administration and co-sec so an appreciation of all areas of fund structuring is important.

In addition to managing the output of the team and the TPA, your role will see you liaising with all relevant external parties and internal boards.

You have strong progression prospects through both business growth and organic promotions.

This position requires a qualified professional in either accountancy or administration (ACCA / ACA / FCA / ICSA etc.) with post qualification experience either in audit or within a fund administration business…this is an exceptional opportunity to make a defined and considerable impact, to work with leading figures in the private equity industry, develop a team and manage key relationships.
