Our client has shown a strong track record through various their historic funds and are currently increasing headcount to prepare for further launches. Role

  • Interact with and influence key Investment decision makers– perform analysis on investment presentations, coordinate / present to the board of the Investment Manager and circulate decisions made to the most senior professionals in the business. You will be the conduit between the Deal team (recommending investments) and the General Partner boards. Your role will see you work with the highest level individuals in the business in a critical and unique way managing the flow of deal related information and decisions across the business.
  • Manage & Mentor – work with other members of the management team to be responsible for the progression, development and output of several fund administration professionals.
  • Core in-house Fund Administration overview – oversee / work with the team in the production of key fund administration related tasks such as investor admissions, calls, distributions and fund liquidations. All other Fund Administration tasks to be

  • Build relationships – Work closely with key individuals in the business to make their lives easier – add value through a proactive approach to problem solving.

You

We are looking for pragmatic team players who want to be inspired by their business and senior management in providing best in class fund services within a leader in the Private Equity industry. You will have several years experience in fund administration (third party or in house), have managed / mentored juniors and be qualified with ICSA.
