OFC Partners are pleased to be representing a high growth fintech business with operations in Jersey that has recently built out their initial team, they are now looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Risk Manager / Head of Risk to help them build their business.

Work alongside the lead execution traders, compliance and senior management to help build their business!

Role

To plan, establish and run a robust risk management framework in the Jersey office (with potential to also touch on other international offices inc. US / Switzerland) and work with existing Senior Management / Board members to build out the product offering.

• Use your background in traditional risk management to build out this cutting edge Trading Platform for institutional investors into digital assets / crypto-currency.
• Work alongside senior management and compliance to ensure that communication with financial services regulators is as efficient and effective as possible.
• Utilise your experience in breaking ground in new markets to navigate the ever changing risk and regulatory landscape of Crypto work.
• Work in tandem with execution traders, CRO and others to operationally manage an OTC trading team.

You

We are looking for an experienced Risk Management professional within a banking or investment business who has:

• Experience in the implementation of risk management frameworks in “greenfield” new industries
• Experience of managing risk frameworks internationally specifically across European and US markets
• Treasury, market, wholesale and liquidity risk experience within a banking or investment services business
