The Opportunity
Reporting to the CFO, this role will take ownership of both financial reporting and analytical capability across the group.
You will oversee accounting while ensuring the integrity of financial outputs, alongside building forward-looking insight through FP&A, modelling and performance analysis.
This is a broad, hands-on role with responsibility across reporting, control, analysis and team build – suited to someone who wants both ownership and impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Financial Reporting & Control
- Oversee the operational financial management and financial statement production across the group
- Review and take ownership of financial outputs across a multi-entity structure
- Support quarterly and annual reporting for the US-listed group
- Lead audit interactions and strengthen the financial control environment
FP&A, Modelling & Insight
- Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
- Build financial models across revenue, cost, margin and cashflow drivers
- Deliver high-quality management information and performance analysis
- Provide clear, actionable insight to the CFO and senior leadership
Business Partnering
- Work closely with Product, Commercial and Operations teams
- Support pricing, growth initiatives and strategic decision-making
- Translate financial data into meaningful outputs for non-finance stakeholders
Team & Function Build
- Recruit and manage a Management Accountant
- Build internal finance capability alongside outsourced support
- Improve processes, systems and reporting discipline as the business scales
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Experience across financial reporting and FP&A
- Comfortable overseeing outsourced finance providers
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Able to operate in a hands-on, high-growth environment
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
