OFC Partners are delighted to be working with an entrepreneurial Corporate Services provider in the Jersey market who have a well-developed client base of listed entities and venture capital businesses. As a result of significant growth and expansion – they are looking to secure an ambitious, proactive and business oriented compliance professional as their new Head of Risk & Compliance / Compliance Business Partner.
This broad reaching role will see you working alongside the Jersey Executive Community as well as acting as a conduit between London and Jersey to provide a hands on, value add and strategic compliance service.
You will be given the opportunity to work on business critical project work, to support and develop the strength of the business in various areas with full backing from the ExCo – including but not limited to FATCA/CRS, MiFID II, assessing new tax evasion laws, assessing market abuse cases and working on international private placement regimes.
In addition to the project based element of the position, you will act as MLRO/MLCO to cover all core elements of hands on compliance work; including but not limited to business reviews, compliance monitoring, quarterly board reporting, statistics reporting, maintaining registers, mapping new compliances codes, industry letters, annual reviews of PMPs, client take-on & risk ratings.
