Our client is a boutique quantitative Hedge Fund focused on systematic strategies in liquid global markets. The firm combines institutional investment experience with a disciplined research culture and a long-term approach to building trading capability. Operating with a small, senior team, they place strong emphasis on robust processes, clean data and careful execution. The business is profitable, well capitalised and selectively expanding its research function.
They are hiring a Graduate Analyst to sit alongside the research team.
The role
This is a hands-on position focused on the operational mechanics of systematic trading:
- Monitoring live strategies and investigating differences between simulation and production
- Running daily reconciliations and diagnosing data, execution or model issues
- Maintaining research and production datasets
- Supporting research workflows with clean, reproducible analysis
- Improving monitoring dashboards and alerting systems
You will work closely with senior researchers and developers and gain direct exposure to how ideas move from research into live deployment.

Background
- Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
