OFC Partners are delighted to be representing a global Family Office which is looking to strengthen its team with a property focussed, varied accounting role which will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee AR, including tenant management for rent collection / late charges etc
- Daily working directly with tenants, asset owners and vendors
- Manage Accounts Payable for the assets by processing invoices, General Ledger coding, and billing orders for maintenance staff.
- Work with Property Managers in responding to tenant demands, ensuring that issues are solved promptly.
- Draft and send tenant and property-related correspondence emails
- Assist in the upkeep of all property management software, to include maintaining company electronic records (leases, contracts, invoices etc)
- Enforcing the terms of commercial lease agreements.
- Property Management Accounting
- Managing rent collection, collecting rent, and sending late notices and defaults.
- Service charge collection
- Reconciling budgets / recharge
- Coordinating regular property inspections and routine property maintenance.
- Ad-Hoc tasks/projects as assigned.

Ideally we are seeking a qualified accountant (though we recognise that these skills may have been acquired by someone who’s qualified by experience / AAT/CAT) with property management experience and a lease administration, basic property management bookkeeping and service charge reconciliations. A deep working knowledge of AP / AR / Cost control and the ability to work in a fast-paced technologically driven environment!
