OFC Partners are pleased to be representing a high growth fintech business with operations in Jersey that has recently built out their initial team, they are now looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Execution Trader.

Role

Join our Global Execution Team, whilst working in Jersey where you will contribute to the trading, execution, settlement requirements of the Jersey office whilst working closely with the cryptocurrency execution Team.

• Oversee and ensure the timely execution of cryptocurrency trades on a spot basis
• Ability to research, build, and implement cryptocurrency trading strategies
• Strong understanding of market reading and current sentiment, ability to dynamically adjust to
  market trading activity
• Keep abreast of all relevant research and distribute internally amongst Teams in a time efficient
  manner
• Provide feedback daily to Team Heads on current activity and relevant internal stakeholders
• Working together with operations and client-facing product teams to ensure synergy with external
  product offering and internal functions
• Contribute to the Risk Management framework
• To participate in and contribute in Team meetings across the broader business
• Understand and apply knowledge of the exchanges’ rules & regulations and market structures in
  which we engage
• Identify and capitalise on market opportunities both independently and within the trading team
• Develop and maintain good business relationships with counterparties such as agencies, banks
  and brokers
• To assist with the ongoing engagement with clients alongside the sales Team

What we need from you

● 7+ years of execution trading experience
● Experience working with numerous exchange venues
● Strong understanding of the digital assets space
● Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining electronic trading infrastructures
