Director – Private Client (Business Development Focus) – Jersey Based!

Our client, a leading fiduciary and private wealth services provider, is experiencing a period of rapid expansion, securing multiple business extensions and launching new clients already in 2025. With a growing, high-quality client base, they are looking for a highly commercial and driven Client Services Director to spearhead business development efforts and enhance client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a leadership role in expanding client relationships, particularly in new market, Middle East would be of huge interest but is not restrictive.
- Manage and develop a high-quality book of clients, offering a bespoke, family-office-style service.
- Act as a key commercial driver for the firm, identifying new opportunities and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Draw upon resources from across the group to support client needs, working collaboratively with senior professionals.
- Play a hands-on role in growing the business while maintaining a focus on excellence – the firm only hires the best talent.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in private client management, with a strong client services and business development focus.
- A commercial mindset, high energy, and a drive to succeed.
- Exposure to Middle East is a plus, but strong BD capabilities elsewhere absolutely considered
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and contribute to strategic growth.
