Spearhead a greenfield Client Operations department, designing and overseeing top-tier service provision in critical areas of client onboarding, data (protection and management), regulatory filings and much more.
The incumbent will collaborate extensively with the executive board to propose, cultivate, and implement operational enhancements and business optimizations for the success of the organisation.
In brief – your role will include but not be limited to:
• Work alongside the Board of Directors to develop and uphold a commercially minded team and set of processes which allows the business to flourish
• Responsible for the financial and operations performance of client operations.
• Contribute to the overall strategy, structure and success of the client operations function.
• Lead your team in all aspects
• Serve as the ultimate authority regarding technical operational issues.
• Take responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed annual performance objectives.


The successful candidate will be an experienced Operations professional who has a proven track record in enhancing a business within the functions described above alternatively, we are also open to seeing candidates from a client facing perspective who have great ideas in these areas and wants to move into a more Operations focussed role.
