OFC Partners are delighted to be representing a well financed, established and dynamic Jersey business who’s service offering goes beyond traditional fiduciary provisions. As an organisation they are aligned for significant strategic growth in the coming year and, as a result, are looking to bolster their Senior Management team with a new Director.
As an integral part of the team; you will have responsibilities beyond the typical “client director” role. You will be fully involved in the operational management of their Jersey business; working with the other directors to lead a team of enthusiastic and capable individuals. Additionally; you will have client directorships, look after existing relationships (including revenue / recoverability) and work to proactively develop new business. Beyond this, you will work with the existing management team to liaise with group shareholders and investors.
This is an excellent opportunity to work at the highest level of an organisation’s Jersey presence with core responsibilities allowing you to have a real impact on the strategic growth of the business, management of the Jersey office, shareholder interaction and client management.
The successful candidate will have extensive industry experience within the funds market (private equity or other areas), the ability to build rapport with a large range of stakeholders and have a proven track record of operating at Director level. Appetite and enthusiasm to grow an entrepreneurial business is key.
