As they continue to grow and evolve, they seek a dynamic and technically proficient professional to join their senior leadership team as a Director.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional ready to make a significant impact. As a Director, you will:

• Lead and inspire teams overseeing diverse portfolios of ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Be a trusted advisor on complex technical matters and a driver of operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain robust client and intermediary relationships, focusing on enhancing existing connections rather than direct business development targets (though opportunities exist for those with a passion for BD).
• Play a key role in shaping the future of the business by contributing to strategic initiatives and influencing decision-making as a member of the senior leadership team.

This role also offers potential for progression to Executive Director and beyond, aligning with the firm’s strong commitment to internal development and leadership growth.

The Role

You will oversee two distinct teams with their own Managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the principal point of contact for high-risk and complex client structures.
• Collaborating with senior leaders to refine operational strategies and drive efficiency.
• Supporting and mentoring team members to foster a culture of excellence.
• Contributing to the firm’s continued growth through sound governance and tailored client solutions.

Candidate Profile

Our client is open to applications from experienced Directors / Client Directors who are seeking a new challenge, as well as Associate Directors looking for a lateral move or a step up into a senior leadership role.

Key attributes include:

• A proven track record in technical excellence, client relationship management, and leadership.
• Experience managing complex structures of private clients/family offices
• Expertise in building strong intermediary networks and fostering trusted partnerships.

Additional experience with Jersey Private Funds (JPF) or exposure to US or Middle Eastern markets would be highly desirable.
