Our client are a leading Global Fiduciary business who add significant value to their clients through their international network of highly skilled professionals. They have a significant presence in Jersey and are looking to expand this with the hire of a new Business Development Director to work alongside the CEO and focus on building their Corporate / Private Equity / Real Estate service lines.
Your primary responsibility will be bringing in new business across the Corporate area by creating new relationships and maximising the potential from an existing, extensive client base. You will predominantly work with key intermediaries such as professional service firms, asset managers (such as private equity, real estate investment managers, pension funds) as well as accountants, investment bankers and other advisors.
The successful candidate will have extensive industry experience within the Corporate trust market, hold the ability to build rapport with a large range of stakeholders and have a proven track record of assisting in growing new businesses. Appetite and enthusiasm to grow an entrepreneurial business is key. You will have a strong and proven track record in business development in the corporate area.
My client are absolutely open to hiring an up and coming Associate Director / Senior Manager who has all of the right skills mixed with enthusiasm and drive to progress in their career into a Director role.
