Compliance Manager – Global Fiduciary

£55,000 – £75,000 (potentially higher for the right candidate)

OFC Partners are delighted to be working with a global fiduciary business who have recently strengthened their core business with several key strategic management hires. The business is now in a significant growth phase with exciting developments due in the next 12 months as a result of a strong strategic vision, excellent management and a committed parent company.

With increased budget for risk, compliance and regulatory departments – the Global Risk & Compliance Director is looking to hire a number of individuals into their team here in Jersey. Reporting directly into this individual; you will be involved in shaping compliance strategy, developing key policies and making a significant contribution to the overall direction of the business.

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for regulatory management, inspections, client take-on assessment, risk review / analysis, managing banking relationships and assisting the Director with all regulatory, compliance or risk focussed issues.

As an integral part of the team you’ll be given the opportunity to grow your role in many different ways as the business grows in the next 12 months.

You will be an established compliance professional with strong experience in the Jersey fiduciary market across either Private Client/ Corporate Trust (TCB) or Fund Administration.

This is an exciting opportunity to use the experience you’ve gained to step into a role without the MLRO/MLCO responsibilities but with the ability and scope to shape and guide the business. If you do wish to retain MLRO/MLCO responsibilities, there will be opportunity to take these on once more as the business grows but it is not a requirement.
