Or are you currently in administration, client services, or operations and keen to make the switch into compliance?
Our client, an early stage, high growth, people-centric, independently owned corporate services provider in Jersey, is expanding its Compliance team as part of continued success. This new opportunity for a Compliance Administrator offers the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment, where development is genuinely supported.
The Role
As Compliance Administrator, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day compliance operations of the business, helping ensure the firm meets its obligations to the Jersey Financial Services Commission and other regulatory bodies.
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Assisting with regulatory reporting and compliance monitoring programmes.
-
Maintaining accurate compliance registers, systems, and records.
-
Supporting client onboarding and screening processes.
-
Reviewing policies and procedures to align with evolving regulations.
-
Providing summaries and updates on regulatory developments to the wider team.
-
Preparing regular and ad hoc compliance reports.
-
Assisting the Head of Compliance with JFSC requests and consultations.
What We’re Looking For
-
At least 1 year’s experience in financial services, ideally within a trust company or regulated environment.
-
Strong organisational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset.
-
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
-
A sound understanding of Jersey’s regulatory framework.
-
Either working towards or interested in pursuing an ICA qualification (with full support provided after probation).
Why Join Our Client?
-
Join an early stage firm where your contribution will make a real impact.
-
Be part of a high growth environment with genuine long-term progression opportunities.
-
Gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of compliance, not just a narrow slice.
-
Benefit from mentoring and professional development, including support for ICA studies.
-
Work in a positive, people-centric culture that values integrity, collaboration, and responsibility.
This is a fantastic role for someone already working in compliance who wants to broaden their experience, or for an ambitious professional looking to transition into the field and build a long-term career.
