In this is the unique opportunity you will be their Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly into the Board of Directors. You will lead the Jersey office, work with individuals at the highest levels of this organisation and have oversight of:
- Complete oversight and management of reporting to the Board and external parties (including fund valuation/performance reporting).
- Ownership of the relationship with the Third Party Administrator, strengthening the relationship and being in control of operational effectiveness / efficiency.
- Key involvement in in Fund Structuring / set ups (spanning across SPVs, LLPs etc.), carried interest calculations etc.
- Directorships on various boards.
- Liaising with all regulatory bodies.
- Investor management – being a key link between the organisation and investors through the provision of effective and concise investor reporting, updating/reviewing fund performance models and providing key information for meetings.
- Day to day running of the Jersey office and associated entities.
This position requires a high level, qualified finance professional (ACCA/ACA/FCA etc) with significant post qualification experience in-house within a Private Equity business…this is an exceptional opportunity to make a defined and considerable impact, to work with leading figures in the private equity industry and manage key relationships.
