Are you currently in a corporate administration, co-sec or fund administration role and craving more variety?

Do you want to take your technical governance and organisational skillset in-house, closer to decision-making?

Would you thrive supporting a high-performing hedge fund where no two days look the same?

Our client is a technology-led hedge fund in Jersey. As the business continues to scale, they are looking to appoint a Business Support Manager to sit at the heart of the organisation, supporting both the regulated fund and associated founder-owned structures.

This is a broad, intellectually engaging role for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving and exposure. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across investment, operations, compliance and external advisers, acting as a central coordination point for the business.

What the role will involve

  • Supporting investor relations activity, including pitch materials, DDQs, onboarding processes and CRM maintenance
  • Acting as a key point of coordination for governance and company secretarial matters across Jersey, UK and US entities
  • Preparing board packs, managing governance calendars and overseeing outsourced providers
  • Building internal management reporting and tracking key business metrics
  • Supporting cross-functional projects spanning trading, operations, compliance and strategy
  • Managing logistics across Jersey and London, including some travel and meeting coordination
  • Providing hands-on support to affiliated family office structures, including private investments and reporting

Who this role will suit

This role is particularly well suited to someone from a co-sec, corporate administration or fund administration background who enjoys technical detail but wants to apply it in a more commercial, in-house environment.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • A solid grounding in governance, regulatory processes and outsourced oversight
  • Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and external advisers
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership
  • Curiosity and interest in how a hedge fund operates end-to-end
  • A driven, enthusiastic Senior Administrator, Assistant Manager or Manager from a Corporate or Fund Services background

This is a rare opportunity to step into a trusted internal role within a high-calibre hedge fund, offering genuine exposure, responsibility and long-term development.
