Our client is a boutique, independently-owned firm with a committed long term (non PE) shareholder with a long-term strategic vision.

Currently, the Jersey funds team is compact yet highly active, administering a select portfolio of sophisticated alternative funds, including Real Estate, VC/Debt, and Secondaries. With several cornerstone clients spanning funds and a robust pipeline, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced professional to help scale operations and drive strategic success.

The Role:

  • Work with the Director team to lead operational oversight and strategic development of fund administration services across a specialised alternatives portfolio.
  • Act as primary senior contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional relationship management aligned with stringent service standards.
  • Support business growth through strategic input, team development, and involvement in business development activities.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing existing team with growth & recruitment anticipated.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (JFSC), AML protocols, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of operational procedures and technology solutions, enhancing efficiency and risk management.

Your Experience:

  • Senior-level experience (Associate Director or Senior Manager) in fund administration, preferably with exposure to alternative asset classes.
  • Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent).
  • Proven leadership skills, adept at team development and management.
  • Strong regulatory understanding, especially of JFSC regulations and AML compliance.
  • Commercially minded with excellent client relationship and business development capabilities.
  • Skilled communicator with the strategic acumen to contribute meaningfully to growth initiatives.
