This well capitalised firm continues to win significant new client mandates and are growing their team on island with a new Associate Director who will lead Compliance for the Corporate Services division for the first time.
Role
Your varied role will see you cover all manner of responsibilities and, as with any small business, will evolve as the business and you grow but a non-exhaustive list of tasks is included below:
- Key person across both company and client entities
- Design and implementation of key policies and procedures
- Delivery of compliance projects / horizon scanning
- Build out of team as the organisation grows
- Have strong input across Board Reporting, CMPs, BRA and New Business
- Monitor transactions
