OFC Partners are representing a significant Private Equity house with an enviable reputation on the international stage and as an amazing employer in the Jersey market. The business is gearing up for a period of significant growth and requires a top quality Fund Administration Associate Director level individual to help.
Your role will be hands on and your team’s responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Lead and manage the Administration team of Fund Operations and be able to, with the support of the Fund Operations Leadership team, transform the current Administration function into a scalable, efficient and technology-driven department.
- Own the relationship and oversee the external fund administration providers with all aspects of company secretarial and administration matters as well as and ensuring SLAs, Fee models and KPIs are kept up to date.
- Oversee the investor onboarding / offboarding processes with the external fund administrators, lawyers and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation and administration of Jersey holding companies and Fund structures.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the companies either domiciled at their offices or with the external fund administrator.
- Support the Fund Accounting team by coordinating routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
- Oversee the accurate maintenance of investor and company records, files and statutory documents such as the Directors Register, Shareholder Registers and ensure regulatory and statutory filings are completed in a timely manner.
- Review simple legal documents and ensure proper execution and oversee the arrangements for legalisations, notarisations and apostilles.
- Oversee, together with the Investor Relations team, all investor queries and LP communications.
- Supporting firm wide projects and proactively identify improvement opportunities, quality and efficiency gains within the Administration function.
You will be a qualified administration professional (ICSA / CGA) with post qualification experience in Private Equity administration, a passion for leading teams and an aptitude for increasing efficiency / performance.
