Client

Our client is a global leader in Fund Services with a vibrant Jersey team lead by a dynamic and energetic Senior Management team. They have a superb client base, exceptional progression routes and have a stable ownership structure.

You will work collaboratively with Senior Managers, Directors and other colleagues in proactively supporting a critical Real Estate fund client.

This is no normal fund services client – you will sit in a dedicated team that is seen as an extension of the client; in addition to key fund deadlines/reporting review you will be involved in transactions (acquisitions and disposals), fund structuring and much more!

As an integral member of the team, assisting with the management of 4 admins/accountants, you will:

• Prepare monthly management accounts for the client to provide senior management with up date statistics on performance – with the support of Jersey and international resources on financial operations.
• Attend site visits of tangible prime real estate assets to get to know the client on a personal, face to face basis.
• Contribute to board meetings.
• Be a key point of contact in the acquisition and disposal of Prime Real Estate Assets in the UK and Europe
• Work on critical investor reporting / valuations as well as dividend/distributions
• Liaise with banks for covenant reporting
• Assist the client with ad hoc interesting projects like portfolio refinancing, restructuring internal company charts, intercompany loans etc.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified accounting professional (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) who is either working in Audit for funds or Fund accounting in the Jersey market and wants to join a very active Real Estate fund via a reputable fund services business.
