OFC Partners are delighted to be representing a high growth corporate services business with a rapidly developing presence in Jersey. This well capitalised firm continues to win significant new client mandates and are growing their team on island with a new Assistant Manager to help the senior management team in day-to-day team supervision and client management.
Role
Your varied role will see you cover all manner of responsibilities and, as with any small business, will evolve as the business and you grow but a non-exhaustive list of tasks is included below:
- Providing critical Company Secretarial, Corporate Governance and transactional activity across an exciting client book covering:
- Entrepreneurial corporate work
- Downstream funds M&A
- Corporate real estate
- Capital markets
- Work alongside the senior management team to recruit and manage a team of administrators
- Assist in the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporate entities such as companies, trusts, and partnerships.
- Coordinate board meetings, draft agendas, minutes, and resolutions, and maintain corporate records and registers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients

You
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Assistant Manager or a Senior Administrator looking for that step up, both with a strong understanding of Corporate Services work gained in Jersey. You’ll be STEP, ICSA or ACCA qualified and be keen to work in a high growth environment.
