Our client is a vibrant, well capitalised fiduciary business with a strong vision for growth who have recently won yet another major Real Estate fund client. As a result of this and further business success, they are looking to hire a new Manager into their Real Estate team. This business prides itself on its ability to progress its employees as quickly as possible!
As an integral part of the client services provision; you will have contact with a portfolio of interesting and unique Real Estate focussed clients. You will be responsible for looking after all elements of the client from a financial perspective, this will include managing a number of qualified accountants and ensuring that the team delivers quality results / analysis / management information for the client.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified accountant (ACA / ICAS / ACCA or equivalent) with a strong knowledge of the funds market (ideally within Real Estate). They can consider candidates either from an audit perspective or those who have worked in another fund services business.
