Our client is a leading international private equity group with billions of euros under management and an exceptional reputation.
Following continued growth across the platform, they are seeking an Assistant Manager to join their agile, tight knit and friendly Jersey-based Fund team.
This is an opportunity to move in-house and become part of the investment platform itself.
Rather than administering multiple unrelated client structures, you’ll work directly within a sophisticated private equity environment, supporting fund structures, co-investment vehicles and investor relationships that sit at the heart of the business.
The Opportunity
Working closely with a highly experienced Senior Manager, you will help oversee the administration and governance of a complex portfolio of private equity fund structures spanning Jersey and Luxembourg.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the administration of private equity fund structures and related vehicles
- Reviewing work completed by junior team members
- Supervising and mentoring administrators
- Coordinating key fund events and transactions
- Managing investor and stakeholder requests
- Monitoring deliverables and deadlines across the team
- Working closely with legal, finance, investor relations and deal teams
- Supporting process improvement and automation initiatives
- Contributing to governance and operational projects across the wider platform
About You
We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have:
- Demonstrable experience operating at Assistant Manager level
- Private equity fund administration experience (although Real Estate / Debt / Infrastructure / Hedge Funds could be considered)
- Experience supervising or mentoring team members
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management capability
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Experience within fund administration, corporate governance or related private capital structures would be highly advantageous.
