Our client is a listed technology business headquartered in Jersey, entering a new phase of international growth. With increased public-company reporting requirements and growing operational complexity, they are hiring an FP&A professional to lead the planning, forecasting and performance insight capability.

This is a high-impact role offering genuine influence, visibility and the opportunity to shape how financial intelligence supports decision-making across the business.

The Role

Working alongside the Head of Finance and Reporting to the CFO, you will build the FP&A function covering group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning. You will partner closely with Product, Commercial and Operations teams while supporting Board-level decision-making through clear, actionable financial insight.

The role suits someone who enjoys building structure, improving visibility and operating close to the commercial engine of a scaling business.

What You’ll Do

FP&A

  • Budgeting, reforecasting and long-range financial planning
  • Establish FP&A frameworks, processes and reporting cadence
  • Build visibility over revenue, margin, cost base and cashflow drivers

Modelling, Analysis & Insight

  • Develop advanced financial, scenario and sensitivity models
  • Produce management information, dashboards and KPI reporting
  • Translate performance into actionable insight for senior leadership

Business Partnering

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams
  • Support pricing decisions, new initiatives and international expansion
  • Act as a strategic finance advisor across the organisation

Governance & Reporting Support

  • Support external reporting cycles and month-end commentary
  • Align FP&A outputs with accounting, controls and listed-company requirements

Team & Capability Build

  • Build the FP&A capability as the business scales
  • Introduce best-practice processes, automation and tooling
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent analytical background
  • Strong FP&A, commercial finance or strategy experience in a high-growth or international business
  • Advanced modelling capability and structured thinking
  • Confident communicator able to partner with senior stakeholders
