
Office Manager / Executive Administrator; Hedge Fund – Jersey

Our client is a high-performing Hedge Fund with offices in London, Jersey and various other international jurisdictions. Following a period of rapid expansion, they are seeking a capable and professional Executive Administrator to take ownership of the Jersey office management and administrative support several senior Portfolio Managers based locally.
The Role
This position combines executive administration, office management, and concierge support. You will be the key contact for the Jersey team while liaising closely with the Senior EA group in London. It’s a varied, visible role suited to someone who enjoys taking responsibility and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors – meet and greet, client hospitality, and room coordination.
- Provide diary management, meeting coordination, and administrative support for several Portfolio Managers.
- Manage office facilities, ensuring all equipment, supplies, and services are maintained to a high standard.
- Handle concierge-style tasks such as restaurant bookings, some travel logistics (complex international schedules would be handled by the London team), and event coordination.
- Assist with light personal admin (e.g. relocation support, local appointments).
- Liaise with the London-based EA team to ensure smooth cross-office communication and alignment.
- Take ownership of the overall office environment and proactively resolve any operational issues.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in an EA, PA, or administrative role. Ideally within another Hedge Fund, Family Office or PE house, but if not then broader Financial Services / Legal / Fund services would be considered.
- Confident, well-presented, and professional in manner.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communicator with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
- Scope to develop into a Senior EA with sole responsbility for a high value Portfolio Manager in future.
