Our client is growing fast – and they’re looking for an entrepreneurial Director to join their Corporate Services division in this newly created leadership role.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a true “hands-on” directorship: leading a high-performing team, nurturing client relationships, and helping shape strategy at board level. You’ll be part of the span of control, reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, and will play a pivotal role in client delivery, operational development, and business planning.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a portfolio of key corporate clients as the main point of contact.

  • Managing and mentoring a growing team of administrators and accountants.

  • Supporting compliance, governance, and accounting teams to deliver first-class service.

  • Playing an active role in business development and commercial negotiations.

  • Shaping the evolution of internal systems and team structures to future-proof the business.

  • Representing the firm at board level and acting as an Approved Person under the JFSC regime.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Director (or equivalent) in Jersey’s Corporate Services sector.

  • A strong grasp of Jersey’s regulatory and corporate governance framework.

  • A leadership style that’s collaborative, hands-on, and focused on client excellence.

  • Commercial instinct, with the confidence to contribute to strategy and growth.

  • A strong local network and track record of relationship-led business development.
